i know its the same as reading the Rules and Regs, but it seems less and less people are reading them, at least this way they'll go "ooh ive got a message..."

just saying "dont ask how its done", or for free downloads, use the search and so on...

Good plan, and I think something like this is/has already been motioned.

It does indeed get to be a chore to keep re-iterating the same rules over and over.
