The Invisible Stopper

£1.50 pounds (p.s sorry my pound sign doesn't work) (Message from Mods - no worries, borrow this one!)
From: Davenports

What they Say:

This is an incredible trick for the person who is willing to put a little drama into his presentation. The magician displays an ordinary soda pop bottle. The bottle is either filled with water or is already full of water. The magician puts his hand over the opening of the bottle and turns it upside down. He removes his hand and the water remains suspended in the bottle! Is there some type of "invisible" covering or stopper over the mouth of the bottle? To prove that there isn't, the magician can stick wooden matches and toothpicks into the mouth opening of the upside down bottle! The audience clearly sees the match and toothpick float upward inside the bottle! The bottle is again covered with the hand, turned rightside up, and the liquid then poured out of the bottle. The bottle, matches, and toothpicks can be thoroughly examined.

What I say:

best trick ever at it's price I love it. I've used it before in a night club and I got amazing reactions. there is some handleing required but not much.

1/3 Easy to do but a good amount of misdirection is required

(1=easy to do, 2=No sleights, but not so easy, 3=Some sleights used,
4=Advanced sleights used, 5=Suitable for experienced magicians only)

Everyone should have at least two of these!!!!!!!!!!!

10/10

I like this effect but know that it comes with some 'street magic' sets which could be a problem.

Can also be a tad fiddily. Overall a good review, but does it deserve 10/10 ? I'd personally give it an 8 at most

EDIT: only 99p from the site given by Mandrake.
