Well i asked for a review the other day and someone wrote back saying it had been done previously so i started looking for it by the time i got to the 21st page i found it after about half an hour of looking. I was thinking maybe a search engine in the review section so you could write the name of your trick and voila the page it was on would pop up. That would save time also it would stop the need to review things 3 or 4 times over because everyone could search before asking someone to write a review on it

Just looked through your posts. Was it "Nailed" you were talking about?

If so, I used the search function at the top of the page. I typed in "Nailed".

I then went to where it said Forum, selected review. The third one down was a review on Nailed.

Took less than 10 seconds from reading your post to finding the review.

PS, people are asked to do a search before they post new topics. It saves people repeating things from other threads.

The way I search TM is to use google. supposing I want all the reviews of Sankey's "Three Ring Circus":

site:.talkmagic.co.uk "three ring circus" review

Similarly, Nailed:

site:.talkmagic.co.uk nailed review

EDIT: Similarly, if you use Firefox as your web browser, highlight the term you're interested in, right click and select "Search the web for...", and it'll do you a general Google search for you.

On roughly the same subject:
How about a 'Search with Google...' edit box and button on the index page? Is that possible to do with the templates? I still don't like those toolbars that keep getting pushed.

What you call heroism is just an expression of this fact; there is never a scarcity of idiots
