Ive just ordered my copy of the video on sunday, how long does the delivery normaly take? I know it says up to 2-3 weeks, but there still cant be that big of a backlog, is there?

Just to make you feel better, mine took 6 weeks from date of order to date of receipt. Mind you, they did say there was a 2 month delay as it was over the Summer Holiday time so they actually did it 2 weeks early!

I'd say it was certainly worth the wait. Never mind the explanations and the secrets, just to watch Derren perfom the tricks is worth the wonga!

And when it arrives you lock yourself away with the TV and video player and just watch the thing with your mouth open in sheer gobstruck amazement. Not just from the skills displayed but the sheer brass nerve of the guy in using and getting away with the most humble and basic of moves to work some of the effects. Stuff so simple you already know it but don't even know you know it - it's just there in your head. It's all down to the way he does things.

(By the way, 2 weeks is also a very, very, very, very long time (much evil cackling and hee-heeing for effect!)

(Mandrake mumbles his way though the afternoon and pauses to reflect on the leisure time to come later this evening. There's nothing on the box so perhaps a video - but which one? Well, goodness me - here is one which has something to do with picture books and devils - perhaps that would be nice? Hmmmmm? Mandrake is an evil swine at times!)

Thinking of watching this later tonight actually.
Trouble is, it is SO hard to digest everything on the tape in one sitting, as I find myself reaching for a deck and getting distracted.

I'm sure all those of you who're buying this won't be disappointed.

But if you've got any reason to complain about this video, then may your underwear be ever infested by Aardvarks, and your breath forever smell unpleasant.

I've just watched this and my mouth is still wide open. This Video isn't just worth having it's essential. Not only for the tricks, but JUST for the performance subtleties.

I've just done the most stupid thing. Having read this thread, in my excitement I just went and ordered a copy. Then I realise that I haven't got a video player. Think I just presumed it was DVD.

Hmmmmm. Does it come wrapped so that I can sell it on as brand new when it eventually arrives?
