The Prestige

This film looks pretty cool...

"Christian Bale and Hugh Jackman will play rival magicians in turn-of-the-century London who battle each other for trade secrets. The rivalry is so intense that it turns them into murderers. The title refers to the product of a successful trick."

When I read the description I didn't think this would be a film I would like but after seeing the trailer and realising that it was actually part sci-fi/fantasy I'm definately going to have to see this!

We are not falling out young Welshy, we are debating, I think farlsy is an idiot he thinks I am one. We are just talking about who is the bigger idiot.

it's an interesting mix of Magic and a little Science Fiction - it also has it's foot cheekily in the Historical too. Worth a read.

You wont find much better anywhere and it's nothing - a rigmarole with a few bits of paper and lots of spiel. That is Mentalism

I've just finished the book and am happy to pass it on.

Anyone who wants it just post a reply to this saying 'YES' then PM me your address and I'll pop it in the post.

No charge but please pop an extra couple of quid in the charity box next time you're passing.

UK address only for postage cost reasons... sorry.

First reply gets it.

(Message from Mods: As trading of books isn't usually permitted, we haven't 'officially' seen this - OK  ?)
