Does anyone have Alan Rorrison's Melting Mints? How does this compare?

You can easily change the second one into a gimmick if you want, but it can remain as it is. I dont know about what you got but i certainly got 2 in mine.

Oh right. I just went to check mine and I am definate I only got one. Anyone else thats like me? Where did you get yours from, I got mine from magictricks.co.uk. Maybe its because of different retailers? :?

k88, i got mine from penguinmagic. You can turn the second one into a gimmick or you can choose not to. Both of them is almost the same anyway lol. All you need is something that is in the house all the while o.O

better deal

Just so you know, this trick is all over ebay for less than 3 bucks, I noticed in previous posts that a lot of people were paying over 12 for it. I'm currently waiting for the postman to bring it to me then I'll review it.

Can anyone recommend a good 'clean-up' for this trick? ive considered switching for a pre-made link in my pocket to hand out but i feel that 'switching' defeats the point of a gimmick. Maybe separating them and handing out the real one while switching the gimmick?

it would apear from this discussion which is getting periosly close to exposure people that we are talking about two diferent tricks, the uk version being 1 gimick shall we say ready to go and the penguine version thats more like the classic linking rings with 2 gimicks. :?:
