Rob, you've got to do 'Quantum Leap' - it's fantastic and creates a great response. Someone who loves my card stuff told it was the best they've seen me do.
The beauty of it is that it's simple to perform and so visual. I hope Mr Forrest does a follow up DVD.

Thanks for that, Freddie - I'm going to be putting that one together over this coming weekend
It looks slightly more sleighty/involved than Super-Fly, but - as you say - the actual effect (especially the signed-card version) looks like a total killer
I'll let everyone know how I get on with it

To be honest I have been adding and removing this from my shopping card for quite some time. After some time off magic I think it will be my first purchase , it sound so great !
Now the question is whether I'll leave it alone in the cart or "Strip" will accompany it

Cheers,
Alex

Rob, it looks sleightly, but when you run through it you'll find it's a lot simpler than it seems. After an hours practice I had it nailed and was comfortable to perform it.
I usually have a deck set-up and ready to for QL, then switch to a duplicate. It really is good. You'll enjoy performing it.

Out of stock at BBM and at MagicTricks.co.uk
Any ideas when it will be stocking again ?
And just another small question what is the difficulty of most tricks ? Would a 1-3 cover all of them ?
Thanks !
Cheers,
Alex

Alex - try here:
http://www.magicbox.uk.com/shop.php/sho ... p_776.html
Looks to be in stock, and Magicbox are demon-fast shippers too
As to difficulty, I've only run through a couple of effects so far, but - having watched the remainder - I'd say 3 is the max difficulty, so I can't see too much finger-flinginging being required on your part
You won't be disappointed!
Let us know how you get on with it bud?
Cheers
Rob

Personally my favourite has to be 'blurred'. Its a very visual colour changing deck (probably my favourite that I know of). You hold two piles of cards, turn them over and back again. The deck has changed colour, all apart from the specs signed card of course.
I love that one and it only requires a couple of gaffs stored in the card case with minimal setup.
I'll have to have another jeffy at quantum leap whenever I get back from my holiday. You guys have reignited my interest in it.
Can anybody please help me? I'm having terrible problems controlling my streetmagic- I can't walk down a street without turning into a pub.

Blurred Deck is excellent and one of the best colour changes I have seen.
Not performed it yet, but it's definitley one to add to my set,
Jackass and QL are the two I perform most. (Though 50/50 is nice and easy - a good handling of an old classic)

It was out of stock on MagicBox as well.
The first shop that stocked it again was magictricks.co.uk so I just placed my order 2' ago
Can't wait for it to arrive !

I must say it's very nice to have all the required cards supplied with the DVD. I probably already have most, if not all, of the gaffed cards but it's still nice to have them included with the package for those of us who need them.

It's a perfect example of how magic DVD's should be.
Great effects, well filmed, all gaffs included. And all the effects on there
are usable in performing situations. Top marks!

Agreed that 2-faced is well worth getting. Quantum leap is the one I've had the most mileage out of. Gets fantastic reactions. Most of the time its stunned silence
