i imagine a couple of quid, not much.

You can just show them the gimmick and ask them to install it for you.

I got mine from magicpro shop for $154 inc. shipping

Can you use this device without installing it into any footwear?

Obviously this is preferable, but I wear different shoes for different performances and don't really want to install anything into them.

Can it be installed elsewhere and removed afterwards?

There is a temporary setup but I fear it is this setup which is susceptible to damage.

The permanent set up does permanently alter your shoes but not in any noticeable way. The gimmick is A LOT smaller than I originally thought.. I expected to have to hack away at the rubber with a spoon.. not the case.

And you can buy the accessories kit from Magicpro shop for $18 with a 25% off that price which makes it very cheap and this allows you to install it in a second pair of shoes.

You could have all your shoes installed with it and be done with it

This does as far I am aware need to be connected to footwear but I found somewhere details for another type of hook up that could easily be transfered to multiple pieces of footwear. You would need to doctor each pair you wished to perform in but it you can still wear them as usual too.

Thanks, so you can move it from shoe to shoe when need be or can you make other devices so they are all kitted up?

I am really interested in this but would prefer something you could take on and off when required.

The E.T can be a pain in the *rse to cart around and set up but the ability it has to add to an existing routine or infact be used as an effect in it's own right (with good presentation) makes it worth it.

If I take it to gigs I pop my doctored stuff into a bag, carry it to the gig and from there it takes less than a minute to set up ready.

It sounds great. I would want to use it from some performances, but not others (for instance, I doubt it would be the hit of my children's show) so is it necessary for it to be fitted into footwear or can you actually use it by concealing/strapping it elsewhere?

hmmm

are any of the set ups suitable to walk around, sit down, e.t.c for hours at a time without using it?

for example...a situation when i was, for example, going to a TM meeting in London, leaving at 8am (for example) and not meeting till 5pm (once again - figures out of the air ;))

that would include walking, standing, sitting, squeezing in the underground e.t.c

although this isn't actually going to happen with the meet, I was using that as an example...would it be feasible to walk around with it set up like that, and me not notice it/it be a pain in the *rse?

Love

If the journey involved a plane ride, and the security asked you to remove your shoes so they could put them through the x-ray machine it could be interesting...
