Postby requiemfad » Jan 25th, '07, 03:19

Has anyone ordered from www.derrenbrown.co.uk? I placed an order about a week ago for devils picturebook and I havent gotten any confirmation email. Anyone else had problems like this?

The website is fine. Orders aren't dealt with 'in haste' there... they post at their own free will.

But the wait is worth it!

There is no problem, I got no confirmation e-mail and my dvd arrived in about a week and a half.
And I as Seige said it is most definitely worth the wait :D

I'm sure it says on the site somewhere that no confirmation will be sent. As mentioned above, I received DPB in just over a week and agree that it was well worth the wait and every penny!

not a fan of sigs, so I won't bother adding o..... oh

I ordered this so long ago I can't remember—back when it was VHS...

I seem to remember it was around 3 weeks before I got my delivery though.

Patience...

Same here - at the time there was an indication of 3 to 4 weeks delay on the tapes (NTSC only!) while a new batch was being produced but it arrived in just under three weeks. Use the time until it arrives to clear your diary, take time off, get the phone disconnected, lay in stocks of food and drink etc. Once it arrives you won't want to stop watching it under any circumstances  !

Does ordering from America make a significant delay in delivery? I ordered a week ago, and I'm really looking forward to watching it.

I too ordered from the US. I guess I'll just have to wait. It is dearness only that gives every thing its value.

When I bought mine they all came from the US as that's where they were produced at that time. Post across to the UK is usually less than a week and other items I've bought over there have arived in about 3 days.
