The Effect

This DVD shows how to do basic levitation with IT and such. the trick is old but the technique is a little different offering a wide range of movement not seen in some of the other versions i have in text form.

(1=easy to do, 2=No sleights, but not so easy, 3=Some sleights used,
4=Advanced sleights used, 5=Suitable for experienced magicians only)

i would rank this set of tricks as a 3 because it does take a while to learn just how to move your body to get a good effect.

Review

The trick is kind of basic and is not recommended for anyone who is familiar with the entire floating aspect of the trick. however it does teach a lot of good fundamentals about how to dress, how to move your hands to make the audience think you did something when you really didn’t, and also some great little tricks to make everyone think there can not possibly be anything holding your penny, card, dollar, up in the air. in the end its a great way to start looking into small scale levitation.

Nice review! A great start! I own this as well and it is a great teaching DVD. Teaches a great IT handling technique and how to levitte so many different objects.

ok so i already noticed i posted this thing in the wrong section. its a type of media more or less. i was thinking about IT and wasnt paying attention that you all already know what IT is and that my reveiw was over how to use IT. my bad yall.

ok just an update for this trick. i found a site that sells IT in bulk. 100,000 feet to be exact for 15$. so about 25,000 usses out of one order. im not trying to plug an advertisment for this company but i wasted 20$ on small bobbins of this stuff. basically all you would ever need for the rest of your life. unless you run through 4 peices every day. in which case it will only last you 17 years lol.
