Effect.

The performer visually pushes a real coin through the bottom of a real glass bottle, leaving it inside. They watch it melt through the bottle's bottom, leaving your hand and falling into the bottle. They don't see it just 'appear' in the bottle, they watch it melt through. The bottle is then handed to spectator for inspection and to keep.
They won't find any holes or gimmicks anywhere on the bottle.

Cost

17$ to download

Difficulty
(1=easy to do, 2=No sleights, but not so easy, 3=Some sleights used,
4=Advanced sleights used, 5=Suitable for experienced magicians only)

3 A few very simple sleights.

Review

I had seen this trick advertised at the bottom of the forum for some time and always thought it was really cool. There are a lot of people (amateurs) that do the entire slam a coke cap into the bottle routine and this one blows that trick out of the water. The concept is great. I was able to do it within 15 minutes of playing around with it. Would be a great trick to do impromptu. The gimmick is very easy to make and can be kept in your pocket or even wallet so that it can be performed any ware. The presentation of the trick presents itself with great opportunities to ditch the gimmick and do all the necessary moves HOWEVER, the video for the trick is extremely amateur. It’s the quality of something you might find on youtube. Kevin keeps saying “ok” over and over which really gets annoying to me. But he brings up a lot of good points to help you as a performer make the effect that much better.

Overall

I think this is good trick, but poor video overall.

I'll give the video 7/10 because of the quality. But the trick itself is great, 10/10
I would not waste money on the dvd, but for $17 the download is not all that bad. And for you in the UK that makes the trick like 8£. For that reason, if you do a lot of close up magic, I would buy it just to have one more extremely visual effect in your library.

{NOTE} i did a search for the trick and nothing came up that I saw ... so if it is there and i missed it, dont hate me.
