Take your time with it. It's not like buying an effect and expecting to be able to go out and blow people away within 10 minutes (this was the error I initially made). Read the book, ponder on it, perhaps read it again, and you'll begin to see possibilities as to how "nakedness" can add depth to your own performance.

I keep meaning to post up a long piece on naked mentalism and cold reading but never seem to get the time. Soon, I promise!

Fearson reckons he was told that your proper professional magicians, 90% of the time, specify one card in particular, though he was a bit guarded on the forum about it, so I don't know how much of a set up is required to get to that one card.

Only to people without such level of genius!

I finished readingit... then re-read it.

It inspired me to go and revisit all the old things I used to use but found too hard to remember because I realised that if you can remember, then I can remember.

And I've been using the content to great acclaim and look forward to the next work of pure genius.

I also agree, that one day this will be a staple of mentalism.

Cheers chaps.

I sent out the [very] rough manuscript for Naked Mentalism II to a couple of people this week. It basically expands the priming section in the first volume out of all proportion. Here's hoping it'll soon be finished.

Would this be Volume II or the Second Edition of the same book?
