The Effect
Whether you’re performing on stage or in the street, there’s a method for you in Andrew Mayne’s best selling booklet.
Along with new presentations for three classic effects, Andrew Mayne presents three all-new levitations:
BroomFlight - An Andrew Mayne original; be a real life Harry Potter and float on a borrowed broom!
Airborne - Have a seat 6 feet up in the air.
Floating on the Edge - An impromptu levitation that can be performed virtually anywhere.
Mid-Air - A levitation suitable for stage that will leave your audience amazed and cost you less than $20 and 10 minutes to make.
Suspension of Disbelief - Hypnotize your assistant and make them float five feet in the air.
The Street Levitation - A simple, easy to understand explanation of the levitation seen by millions of people on television - that everyone asks you to do.
A levitation for every situation.

Review
BroomFlight - This is a nice looking effect but unfortunately there's no clean-up method described and I was forced to make my own. Not a big deal, but Andrew's input would've been nice. Very convincing when presented to the right crowd (kids).
Airborne - Very simple and NO ONE has gotten the method figured out yet. Everyone shouts out their idea of how I'm doing it, but no one has come even close. The presentation says to do this on a chair, but it can also be done on the ground. I think the chair is something put in place to make the spectators think it's part of the "trick", which it isn't.
Floating on the Edge - This seems to be an interpretation of the Wild Levitation. I'm not a fan of this one. It's just too fishy to look convincing. Again, no clean-up is outlined.
Mid-Air - This is a stage only effect and therefore I have not performed it. Seems good enough in concept. I don't see any difficulty with this one except maybe an audible issue.
Suspension of Disbelief - This requires an assistant. This is the best of the bunch. This one comes closest to looking like real levitating, even though you never see the performer uncovered. I enjoy this effect, but it's a little impractical for me as it requires a small setup. Very nice effect though.
The Street Levitation - The Balducci ... again. Even Andrew's "extra tips" are old recycled material. Seems like this was just filler.

Overall
I'll give this entire booklet a solid 7/10. For $12 and free shipping (maybe not to Europe) this is a must buy for anyone that wants to incorporate some unique levitations into their act. Andrew always amazes me with his simple yet impressive inventions.
