Hi Johnny B,
I am happy to see you think it is a great trick but this is balanced out by your opinion of the instructions. I hope I can help you a little.
Getting a little finger break under the last two cards of an EC is not as hard as it seems. Just stick your pinkie up a little higher and finish off the count as usual. It should not interfere with the count itself.
"A DL from the bottom" may sound intimidating but it is a very simple action. Rather than taking the bottom two cards out from under the three card packet, take the top card away, leaving the bottom two cards, then turn them over as one. I would say that doing a double from the bottom of a three card packet is easier than taking a double fromt he top of a deck. As I said, don't go taking the two cards; leave them alone as you slide the top card aside. This is much easier.
Turning the cards face to face is done while I am asking a question. All the attention is on me. This is when performance technique is just as important as manipulative skill. If people are staring at your hands, they may see the face of a card if you are not careful. By asking a question and making contact with the people means they do not want to look at your hands. Also, I do not lower the mottom card very much; it is just enough for it to pass the top card as it revolves.
As for the revelation, I do it this way becaus eit is slightly fllourishy. if you just want to turn the top card over to reveal them then that is fine. Whatever works for you or anyone else is the right way to do it.
Finally, I have taken on board the comments people have made about the instructions and have changed the format. It will now be printed on two sides of A4 in booklet style. This means that each page is twice as big as it is now.
I hope this has been of some help.
