Hi,
I must admit to skimming through the DVD a bit (and being impressed) but at the start Justin talks about setting up and sitting down. I can't find any information related to this. Can someone with the DVD let me know if there is any info that I'm missing on how to set up (in full view) or do we either have to be set up or wing it? Any ideas on carrying the thread?

If that's how much it needs then you need Paul Harris' ultra thread but that's a bu**er to work with especially if you get clammy/sweaty hands like I do. Is meisakals any easier to handle?

To begin with I used the Mesika thread that's recommended and got on OK with it but got some Mak Magic thread from Mike Danata in a 200 foot spool for £9.99 which worked out at around half the price. It's just as good.

I've not used the walk-around hook up method at all as I don't like this to be honest but I have used the table hook up a good number of times and it's a method that works extremely well in my opinion.

I have it set up almost permanently on one of my card tables.

I use the one card haunted deck routine from the DVD but I've not been so ambitious as to perform the one in the specs hand so I stick to the version with the cards in the wine glass.

Overall I'm pleased that I bought this DVD

I just recently purchased this. I have not played with the walk around method yet. The hook up is a newish variation on an old idea. I was a little disapointed because I was led to believe (not through these reviews but through others) that this was really going to be innovative, and it wasn't. His performance and tips were great. I'm glad I made the purchase because there was some food for thought.

Yes you can hook this up on the fly but its a little bit different. I can't get into it due to exposure. But you can try reading between the lines if you like.

Here is a typical opening. I sit down, reach into my pocket, remove a deck of cards. Remove the cards from the box and have the spectator shuffle the cards while I toss the box off to one side. Retrieve the deck from the spectator, have them choose a card and I'm off and running.

Not only that I can finish my routine go to another table and repeat. I cannot for the life of me remember where I learned this.

Im giving the stand up hook a try, yet the first tread didnt broked in some hours of manipulations.

I am pretty pleased as it was my main concern with loops and regular tread.
None of my loops did last 15 minutes yet and im keeping the last of second pack in souvenir now!

I have readed this review multiple time and was really curious because i been looking a while for something suitable and easy to hook for me.

I will give this a good drive in next weeks but i think i found what i was looking for.
