hi, i've seen the DVDs available, are they any better, as good as or worse than the books..... i have been stung by getting the RRTCM book and then then the MagicMakers DVD and found it a bit, well ...... if you have the DVD then you'll know, if you dont, then don't get it!

These books are quite simply - QUALITY. I have learnt several new sleights and added at least two great effects to my repatoire, and I've still got two volumes to go.

These books are the like the Bible of Card Magic. They are awesome, they have teached me a lot about technique with cards. I just love this collection of books.

Not only are these books well written, well illustrated, informative to the point of settling any arguement, these books show the impact of the slieght in a trick and it makes you think about other tricks that you may have ignored because of not understanding the use of the slieght. These are great books and I would recommend them to everyone wanting to do card magic.

I'm going to see how my finances are after Christmas before I buy these. I've seen the complete set available on Magicbox for £88, which seems quite a good deal.

If anyone is interested, www.lybrary.com allows you to download a small sample of volumes 1&2 in e-book format. The samples cover the Gl*de and DL and some effects that use them. The e-books also have embedded video clips in them. Does anyone know if these are worth having?

A one-stop shop for all your card related magic. I learned a lot from it and am only half way through the first volume...
