Finally got this book. I ordered it 2 months ago. The book arrived 1 month ago, but the post office somehow lost it. Fortunately it was clearly there fault and so they eventually found it for me (1 month later).
Well worth the wait
The book is excellent, although I probably wouldn't have appreciated it if I read it 6 months ago. I have already used some of the stuff (not so much the routines, but the suggestion - and some of the forces). It works.
I used it with my coin bending routine, as well as tried just getting a normal coin to warm up in someone's hand. They eventually dropped the coin
For me the first part of the book where he deals with the building blocks is the best. The routines are an added bonus - and it's great to see how to use suggestion in the context of those routines. In that sense it's a similar book to Banachek's "Psychological subtelties" - another book I've really only come to appreciate lately.
