I was worried that the gimmick, whatever it was going to be, would be too faffy and fiddly to work in a real world situation but it really isn't - it's pure genius. I'll definitely be using this. |

Why bring this to my attention? Why!? Now I HAVE to get it.. thanks.. thanks alot.. |

We all agree! So why hasn't Dave Forrest been awarded a medal? _________________ Gunnar Kr.

Again sorry for reviving an old thread, but I got this for myself for my birthday and I agree this is brilliant. Dave is certainly a genius. _________________ "Samantha is a qualified croupier and often works at an exclusive Soho club where gamblers pay top money to pay roulette all day and poker all night."

Well guys, after being out of the magic loop for well over a year now, I think I'm gonna' try to re-stimulate my enthusiasm, and grab this baby.

| I had the pleasure of David performing this to me at Blackpool a couple of years ago and it was one of the most memoriable effects that I have seen. My eyes bulged as the card visually changed in front of my eyes, it is an amazing effect if you don't know how it works. I can imagine that laymen would be blown away |

Actually, this trick is done very, very slowly!
That's the beauty of it. You see the back of the selected card turn from blue to red in slow motion and it's amazing to see how you can roll two fingers from side to side, one side of the selected card is red, the other blue - and you can go back and forth a few times, increase the blue part, then increase the red part etc.
Still the card can be handed out to the spectator for examination at the end (if you like), as well as the whole deck that now has just changed color. _________________ Gunnar Kr.

I know this is an old thread but I'm quite tempted by this.
I've got some store credit to spend and am thinking either Colour Burn, Loophole by Cameron Francis, Sudden Impact by Cameron Francis or Reflection by Bill Goodwin which looks good but also quite advanced.
Anyone fancy offering up an opinion?
Thank you! |
