I was given the book Pseudoscience & the paranormal by Terrence Hines & also Vol 1 & 2 of Ultimate Self working card trick DVD's. I do not do tricks, so self working card tricks are just for personal fun. But the pseudoscience of the paranormal book is homework in part & pleasure in part. Partly I love to see what people believe & what poor logic / science they use to justify their own self delusion & also partly I can educate myself on new ideas to exploit & retell.

I gave my wife a list of 3 magic books to buy me one, and got all 3!

John G - One Degree, Doug Edwards - Nukes and Simon Aronson - Art Decko

all amazing so far (although why Art Decko has Comic Sans MS font on the cover is beyond me - i hate that font with a passion!), just have to find some quiet time to read now.
