You need a trade account for Costco though, so its not available to the general public.

Unless  Someone with a costco card.. did a TM run perhaps.. slightly profiting on the margin but still saving us 'normal' folk a fortune!!???

Im sure I already know someone who is a Costco member.. hmm..

Membership is available to the general public in certain professions. My wife and I are members. Next time I go, I'll be taking orders from TM members. :D

make mine 3 dozen!! :P

I just got seconds today. Whats the difference betweena normal deck and seconds>> The box.

These cards are EVERY bit as good as my normal decks.. i havent noticed any off prints.. if they are they are certainly neglible, and I am no perfectionist.

From now on, its seconds and flat pack card cases from NUMS. At least until Replica makes a trip to Costco

Just like to add, the CARD that seconds is printed on, has been noticed by myself and several people at International Magic as very varying. I have had decks that are stiff as a board and some that are very soft.

Interesting, as I've had no such problems. I made up my own Koran deck using ten Seconds decks and the quality of the card stock appears to be consistent throughout.

Hmmm. 3 of all were SURE that the blue decks were noticeable harder than the red ones that seemed a lot easier for faros and such. May of just been a very very off batch.

Mind you, my ten decks did come from the same box (Magicbox just removed two decks and sent me the rest in the display box). Perhaps this had something to do with the consistency of the cards.

I bought 6 decks, 2 red and 4 blue from Magic Box last week, I've opened 3 so far, and the only defects I've found so far was a small splodge of black ink on one of the court cards on one deck, and one of the decks is slightly off centre. The other one seems pretty much as good as a normal deck. I'm very happy with them. Temped with the costco offer though, I can imagine slipping a couple of bricks in my trolly the next time I'm there for croisants and danish pastries! :P

I tend to use Changin' glue - fantasic stuff, with lots of 'extra' properties which makes it highly-useful to card workers

standard PVA glue works fine also. Word of warning though, don't put the deck back in until it is completely dry, as some of the glue might squeeze out the edges and stick your cards together.
