The DVD has 11 performances/explanations of Michael Ammar. There is a section called super practice sessions (didn't find it very helpful) basically it is the explanation explained better. 3 sleights are learned: A color change, elmsley count and something else... I think I read somewhere they said it was the greatest collection of magic DVDs
Cost
I bought it from prudhoe magic 24 pounds
Difficulty
(1=easy to do, 2=No sleights, but not so easy, 3=Some sleights used,
4=Advanced sleights used, 5=Suitable for experienced magicians only)
I would put it a 3
Review
As I said above 11 tricks:
Twisting the aces (Dai Vernon): Aces turn one by one
Daley's last trick (Jacob Daley): You hold the four aces the spectator has to find an ace and almost never succeed.
Card warp (Roy Walton): Card Warp starts out with the illusionist showing two cards. He then folds one card horizontally and the other one vertically. He slides the horizontal card into the vertical card so the horizontal card is inside of the vertical card. The illusionist then flips the cards over so that the vertical card is inside of the horizontal card. He slides the vertical card back and forth, and the card seemingly changes from front to back in the horizontal card. Both cards are then ripped down the middle and shown to be normal. (Didn't know how to explain it so I extracted it from wikipedia
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Card_warp)
Poker Routine (Dai Vernon): A poker routine
Poker Face (Al Baker): Spectator selects a card inserts it in the pack and just by looking at their face the magician stops a their card
Overkill: Spectator has a card and somehow the magician knew which one he took by inserting a different contrast color back in the pack
Card Through Handkerchief: A card goes through the box + through a handkerchief
Card penetration: Magician shows a card and puts it in a handkerchief, after some magic moves it switches places with a card in the pack
That's it (Eddie Fetcher): A trick with a great ending
The Ambitious card: Teaches some useful sleights
MacDonald's Aces: A very good 4 ace trick
A very good DVD nothing to say, they even give you the prop for MacDonald's aces which is my favorite trick on this DVD. I recommend you to buy it!
Overall
5/5
I'll be posting this review next: Easy to master card miracles 1 so if you have suggestions they are welcome
