Looking through the forums, is it about time this area is tidied up?

Couldn't Basement Archives and essays be combined, due to the lack of posts and time between posting in these sections?

Also the Tutorial file sharing. With just 9 topics, could these and future ones be included in the Techniques section? After all, they are to show techniques anyway.

Just wondered if they had been thought about or even looked at for a while.
