magic butterfly trick, name???

The last trick in Luke Jermay's 7 Deceptions is the production of a live butterfly from a billet. It's called something like "The Butterfly Billet Ballet", only the title is slightly longer, and I'm feeling a bit too lazy to trot upstairs and hunt down the book.

Rumour has it that Jeff McBride will be releasing his work on the flying butterflies sometime in 2009. I saw a clip on Youtube.
