This is a very very easy 3. All the moves are well explained and they are a lot easier than I thought.

Whats new in the extended version?

It's easy to see, whats new, because they simply added an extended menu point. Below that the structure is the same like in the original.
You get 10 new moves. Three of them are the "Hyper Ring Moves" and 5 new routines of which one is the Hyper Ring Routine.
The new moves are as good as the old ones, but nothing you'll miss, if you don't know them.
The most interesting thing is the Hyper Ring routine, in which a solid big plastic ring is put through the knot of the rope, taken off and thrown on again with audience participation.

Overall

The whole stuff is super-visual, not challanging the spectator in any way and easy to do.

If you already have the original DVD I see no need to buy this one exept if you are keen for the Hyper Ring addition.
