;)

Thanks for the wholesome and informative review. We shall obviously steer clear of that, err, whatever it is.

What particular aspects of it didn't you like? Is it a poor video, or a known move or what? We really need more information on this.

the more post you make the higher your ranking.

if you post things of use and make reasoned comments then you may be invited into the magician's only section and or the lounge.

does this trick use a prop or device and what is its quality, this would be ok to answer as it dosnt give anything away to the generaly unenlightened.

The demo's at
http://www.ellusionist.com/order/Revolution-Coin-Vanish.htm
It does look impressive and I really can't work it out - if what they say is true:
"No threads, no pulls, no fishgut loops, no magnets. No... sleeves. Whatever you're thinking it is, it isn't that. "
(wow - so they're into mentalism as well).
It doesn't say no gaffed coins and one could possibly do it with a certain coin (an enemy of peter pan..) - but they are only selling the download - so that would be really unfair.

The reviews look quite positive (thanks dar_kwan :) ) so It would be really good to find out why you don't like it. Is it too hard for you to do. Is it the fact that it seems like there's no way it'll work (from one of the reviews in the link from dar_kwan). I would really like to know cos I'm actually tempted to buy it - one day when I've finally paid for all the magic purchases I made on my budget account

Just seen the demo video and i must agree its not worth buying, get a copy of BoBo's book and youll figure it straight away, although it will not tell you how to do it in the book it wont take you long to figure out what moves are used.

A lovely vanish...

I really must start tucking my shirts in! It doesn't pay to be scruffy.

I've read some good reviews and some bad reviews on the Revolution. Should i buy it or not? Is it worth the money? Any help would be great.

To be honest, I'd suggest you keep your money in your pocket and save it for something else. As the postings above mention, the effect looks good but seems to be nothing new - just an existing idea repackaged with a fancy name - probably because nobody else has thought about selling it that way!

And taking up Andy's idea of selling the French Drop, can I interest anyone in very expensive details of my latest release? It's called The Parisian Descent.
