In effect this sounds exactly the same as Future Zone (JB Magic) which comes with the gaffed deck and a nice leather prediction wallet, I imagine the method is very similar but the JB one is slightly more expensive I think.

True, not one you could get away with claiming not to have prepared, but for a booking when you are there as a magician you would be expected to have prepared. I magine that this is the target market for these effects.
