The classic English story deck routine.

You may know it as Twoey the Barman, Sam the Bellhop, or Monty the Spiv. The effect is the same.

The card handler shows an immense amount of skill by taking a fully shuffled deck of cards and tells a story, by arranging the deck with shuffles, and finding certain cards!

The trick starts with the performer talking about the Joker, acting as a consierge or a bellhop, and how he helps a group of people, all named Jack to have a great night playing cards with some ladies.

All throughout the trick, you can show lots of skill and flourishes if you are a card handler, with any sleight you know!

The DVD is a very well taught piece of work, where Matthew goes through each part of the trick in fantastic detail. All of the flourishes, cuts and shuffles are taken piece by piece, with many different angles, and are taught faultlessly.

The story itself is taught very well, I learnt it in about an hour and a half. Whereas the sleights may take a little longer, you can PERFORM THIS TRICK THE SAME DAY!!!

Overall, this DVD is given 8/10, another quality product from Matthew Garrett.

A fantastic trick which can be as showy and flourish filled as you like, and will always get the audience laughing, and asking for your business card!!!
