They REALLY need to pay someone who knows about webhosting to help them.

Weren't they down for ages recently too? When the site was redesigned?

Do they really not think that if they do a 24% off promo that the site will be hit hard?

Loadbalacing isn't hard.

They need a proper hosting company.

I use mojohost.com and am very happy.

Because no one is using it, because they think it's down.

The site is still screwed. I just tried to buy something and it hung and hung.

Thanks for the heads up on this I rang them as the volume of orders has been crashing the site.

Just shows what a bit of discount can do for trade and they must still be making a profit!!!

I've just placed the order of what I needed at a competitor.
