Well, it will be at the Customs House, South Shields, March 12th to 14th and according to an e-mail I got recently, Lennart Green (SE), Wayne Dobson (UK) and Tim Sonefelt (USA) have been booked. It is expect to start around 10:00 on Friday morning and (no overlapping) events and lectures until on Sunday.

For newcomers, a magic friend told me that the South Shield's "Ruskin" is The Sea Hotel, Sea Road, a little way from the Customs House Theater and people tend to travel back there after the shows etc. (Free coaches are provided).

I heard from a few TM members they are going to South Tyneside Magic Festival 2010.

This just in from Martin Duffy, on South Tyneside Magic Festival:

We have added Joshua Quinn, Wayne Dobson and Brad Manuel to Lennart Green and Tim Sonefelt.
There are still some international names to add plus an interview with a UK TV Magic legend who doesn't do conventions...!

ive no idea who this TV ledgend is.
Obviously Its not Wayne, because hes on teh bill. Hes done loads of conventions too. Paul doesnt do conventions, but hes been to 2 southshields conventions. Besides, Im not sure he would do one Waynes at.. they dont see eye to eye.

Derren? Possibly but is he a tv magic legend? I d'no. He has done things for Internationals.
Uri? Maybe.
John Fisher.. That would be an interesting interview, and be honest, if anybody can be thought of as a british tv magic legend, Its Mr Fisher.

Perhaps Paul Zenon has decided to give it a go? According to his website a few years ago, he sometimes goes to conventions but stays in the bar doing card tricks for the punters.

you know, Kreskin was , and he filmed a load of his specials in tyneside.
That would be amazing. Unlikely , but amazing!

as i said, they dont see eye to eye.

Martin and paul are very good friends. But i would of thought that he would of named him if it was. Ill have to contact my special source to see.
