Okay this is just a shameless plug for my blog. Just finished publishing my latest post and only mention it here because it is about magic, sort of. Okay maybe not, it does mention Doug Henning, Frank Garcia, Slydini, Romain and two magic shops, Tannen's and Perfect Magic, And strangely it also mentions ballroom dancing. If you decide to have a look, thanks for reading.

Yes he was, and as my father pointed out I mixed up some stories. Of course this was over 30 years ago. The magician who did coins across was actually from India, and it may have been the cups and balls. All I really remember was thinking, 'holy Cow!' although perhaps 'cow' was not a wise choice, and objects moved from hand to hand. Turns out it was an Indian cups and ball routine.
Isreal was strange, he gave up all his worldly possesions. Everything he did went to his 'cult'. he was a juggler and at some level probably believed his Mother was the earth and father was the moon. I don't believe Isreal was his 'given name' I'm probably sure he adopted it due to the holy land. I often wonder what became of him.
And thanks for reading my blog. I get a lot of traffic on my blog through talkmagic so I thank you all.
