Review
From the mind of Wayne Dobson, comes Triplex.

Three objects; a ball, a die, and a clear rod are shown. You ask the spectator to choose one of the three objects. You then reveal your prediction, which has been hidden behind a playing card, a beer mat or something similar and it matches the spectator’s choice exactly.

All props needed are supplied, plus a DVD with full instructions, hints and tips.

This effect was originaly produced in limited numbers, by the wonderfull five of hearts magic, out of wood. Magictao, have now produced this wonderfull effet using more everyday items. The Clear cylinder used, can be replaced by any small item you wish to use.Like a battery, or a lip stick, for example.

Overall

A simple method, which with the right presentation will fool them badly!

This sounds quite similar to Forced Will on 21 Magic by Sweden. In my opinion it doesnt sound that great, a single revelation trick. In my opinion £20 could be spent better elsewhere

At risk of straying off topic, have you used Forced Will? Presented correctly, it really is a great effect to have up your sleeve.

I havent used either so its probably not good of me to compare without the knowledge. I do understand the differences between these two tricks but the effects do sound quite similar. I have heard good things about Forced Will and a lot of other things on 21.
And still personally it is not something I would buy.

I got this today. At this point, I will call it cute.
On issue is in the training they tell you to "do this", yet NEVER show it in action. I personally do not think " do this" will fly. This appears to be an idea that was rushed to market. At $30, I feel the DVD should have shown live performances of this in action with all the "moves". (I did go back and watch his performances again and I really think they where all staged for outcomes. He never did any moves)This is more of a $12 investment to me. VERY disappointed in this Dobson release.
That is my first impression. Maybe I will come up with something better in the next few days

However, It does look better if you hold the prediction in your hand rather than setting it on the table.
