What is your favourite effect with Coins (Gimmicked or ungimmicked, although please state which)

gold and silver (gimicked)
scottch and soda american half (gimicked)
gold to silver drop out (tenkie method)
apearing coin (edge grip, hanpin chan)
misers dream (downs palm method)

just got big coins from http://www.merchantofmagic.co.uk/cnb/shop/merchantofmagic?listPos=40&op=catalogue-products-null&prodCategoryID=5 lots of set up but a nice three minuet routine review to follow.

My fav effect with coins is the look on my daughter's face I get when I give her a handful to buy sweeties.. :wink:

Actually, I enjoy chink-a-chink and the matrix(although I haven't got chink-a-chink down yet).
My all time favourite, though, is biting through a coin. U-huh - I know - I always get this 'corny!' look from magicians when I say that, but it seriously gets great reactions and is a great way to get someone on the street to stop in their trcks and go 'Huh??' - which opens the door to performing for them. Works for me..

My favorite at the moment involves a simple pinch vanish and production of a 3inch coin. When the large coin hits the table it grabs their attention.
