Travelling deck

Postby Alfred Borden » Sep 1st, '11, 18:03

The Effect
The performer shows a deck of cards and in an instant the deck vanishes and the performer is left with one card (or something else, like a £10/£20 note)

Cost
Around £15 (includes DVD)

Difficulty
(1=easy to do, 2=No sleights, but not so easy, 3=Some sleights used,
4=Advanced sleights used, 5=Suitable for experienced magicians only)
1 really, although some effects maybe 2

Review
I quite like this effect and there are many variations to how to present the trick, the DVD provides you with a few ideas but with a bit of imagination, a lot more can be achieved

Overall
Would say 8/10 for this, comes recommended :D

I purchased this trick and LOVE IT!

Handled right it looks awesome and your spectators will be amazed. It took me a while to work out a decent routine but i think i have found an alright routine. There is another trick on magicshop.co.uk, i think it is called humbug, which is the same principle just done differently. But the travelling deck from magictao looks 1000x better IMO.

No sir I only ordered this. I got the DVD, and some other items (trying not give anything away here) but I didn't open the other bits yet incase they need me to send the bits back intact.

If you tried to contact Costas on saturday, the reason why you didnt get a reply was He was in London at the magic circle dealers day.

This has been sorted. Seems their was a faulty disk. It is difficult responding to emails over the weekend as the Tao usually has its shutters down :) This week was because we were attending the Magic Circle Dealer day. Not to take any money of course, but to have a meet with our very own Dale Shrimpton LOL
