It is a great, real world worker! Having made to the decision to perform 'regular' magic again this was an effect i could not turn down. An essential purchase for the strolling magician.

Tell ya what, Jon - you get it, and I'll buy it off you, second-hand in a week or so, when you're bored of it

Also note that Petty and Penn Love it too! If it was not practical for real world work i would not recommend it.

Safe to say that me Jon and Rob are all as bad as one another

Seems none of us can help ourselves!

Are you watching closely? Then I'll begin...

Can anyone confirm - is it essentially the same as the non-DVD version (which is half the price)? Or are there extra routines on the DVD? I always prefer printed instructions anyway, so I might be tempted to have a punt on it...

I'm practising it at the moment and my 'brief' review is:

- Sleights very easy to do
- Needs a personality and some balls to pass it off (there are multiple discrepancies, but you shouldn't worry about them if you get the performance right)
- It's quite an involved routine to learn. I learn routines best by writing the sequence down and reached over 18 steps (without the optional finale)
- You do need a pocket

Other than that it is going to slay 'em - but it needs performing skills.

I would agree with Dave and Craig's review - it is a 98% effect, but it is something for an experienced worker.

Nope - I resisted...and got Dan Harlan's Switchblade instead (similar routining, but a much more versatile gimmick, from what I can see  ) - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c1r1GoCLHdg

...Plus I figured that either you or Ste would crack first
