While I have admittedly horrific teeth, I have to say that I find a strange, perverse pleasure of going through an extraction. It's one of the few times when you're hearing a horrific cracking as the tooth (shards and all) are slowly yanked from the inside of your head. And you hear the noise coming from inside your own head, which makes things instantly creepier...

...I really need to start drinking...

i had some when i got wisdom tooth pain in Egypt. Got 15 tablets for £1. bought about 10 boxes and managed to get them back to the UK. Sorted me out for a few years.

Not sure id get away with that smuggle these days lol
