poker chip tricks dvd

Postby ucmagic » Dec 6th, '04, 03:36

I posted a message about poker chips tricks under a heading that might now have been the best so I wanted to say it here.... and get some feedback to some questions...

I want to know if anybody has seen the Poker Chip Tricks DVD from Rich Ferguson... I originally found it at http://www.richferguson.com/chiptricks.html
and am hearing that it available lots of places... I tried to get a copy and I guess a huge distributor is taking it and getting out everywhere soon. I want to know if anyone has seen it. From what I have heard, it is the PooPoo. It sounds exciting. I want to know a couple of things- One, is there a list if tricks out there somewhere... I have found several sites with chip tricks and cant find more than the same few. This video has a lot I haven't heard of. Two, has anyone tried any of the stuff out in the video? Thanks@! -t

I've had an email exchange with Rich this morning, and he seems like a very nice man. The DVD will probably be great, although I don't know the full contents, as Rich has put a lot of work into it.

I feel bound to mention, however, that the majority of the tricks on it are taught for free on my website www.virtualmagicshow.com/chips which is the original chip tricks site on the web. If you like the lessons on there you might be interested in paying for a DVD (or even my CD!)

Hope this helps,

Take care, Ian

Ian - that's a really nice collection of chip flourishes(?) you have on your website. As always well taught and fun to watch. Thanks for sharing that with us.

:)

In case anyone doesn't know, Ian has a great VCD of basic coin moves available that is probably the best place to start if you are looking to begin doing any coin magic. It was reviewed here

Ian also has out (due out?) a seond DVD aptly called "b***** Hard Moves made easy" that looks very interesting.

Hi all,

B@stard Hard Moves made Easy is out, and you can read about it and see a trailer at www.virtualmagicshow.com/bhm

It's been reviewed over at the Bunny and the Cafe if you would like some feedback.

Absolutely _nothing_ on the CD is self working!

Take care, Ian
