I don't know who looks more PO'd, the landlord or Vanderbelt!

By a stroke of 'luck' I was in my regular city centre boozer so the landlord is fully aware of what I do. I simply told him I'd spent a 'special' coin and asked if I could try and find it.
Bizarrely, most people were very impressed at HOW I found it, seemed to become an effect in their eyes LOL

My FMT-2 just sits in my drawer gathering dust. Have I overlooked a powerful gem??? I guess I should think of putting it to some use since it was so bloody expensive!!

I recently dug mine out to perform a smash n stab effect. I don't wear sleeves most of time which means wearing the FMT is hard but Its works brilliantly

Something weird happened this week. My sister is a driving instructor (that's not the weird bit). She called me (still not the weird bit) to say that she'd been given a magnetic pound coin in payment for a lesson (that's the weird bit). She didn't realise until it began sticking to things. It's definitely a Subversive Circuits Curiously Strong £1 Coin, so someone local has bought one and spent it by mistake!

I think I'll revisit it. I might gimmick something for a pseudo psychometry type effect? I always wanted to shim a wooden cube, fill it, then French polish it. Other than, 'I know which hand my pound coin is in' I always struggled to think of decent effects with it. Maybe I'm unimaginative? Any ideas welcome!!

I always keep a magnet in the pocket where I keep my coins.
This means that I can't have steel coins in there, but in the UK at present, these are mainly 1p and 2p coins which I'd rather not have in my pocket anyway. Some newer silver coins are steel (or partly steel) but there aren't many of those yet.
