Looks like this place http://thedeanswift.com/ nearest station is London Bridge (Northern Line)

from about 6pm onwards. The Congestion charge does finish at 6pm but if I were you and coming from Cambridgeshire I would park somewhere on the Northern line like Barnet or Edgware and get the Tube down, will work out cheaper and you won't have to worry about parking charges either

Let me know if you need anymore help, I know London and the surrounding area's quite well

Be good to see some new faces

Are you watching closely? Then I'll begin...

If I make it, I'll be pretty early.

If Becky decides she can face the London traffic, we are additionally limited to a roughly 6 hour absence from the house (because dog).
Travel time removed we'll have 4 hours tops in London itself so we will probably drop in at the official start time and leave at the point where she starts tapping one foot and staring at her watch.

Was another fine meet!

To quickly review events... quality technical magic performed, local brew sampled, a discussion on ethics followed... looking forward to the next one :)

Mandrake I expect more from you!

Would be nice to see some new faces at next meet, maybe we should give people more notice?

Yes. In my experience of organising any event, 3 weeks clear notice is minimum. But also generally sufficient in a niche group :)

The MagicTao Midlands Meets are usually held on fairly fixed intervals, i.e. every two weeks, so we all know well ahead when the Meets are due. If we can't make it, there's plenty of time to offer apologies.

And weekends are easier than week nights for us local-yet-not-London-based!
