Hi,

I started a converstaion recently about teaching magic to kids, and someone mentioned getting them to make a z fold wallet.
Anyway, I was sure I had the instructions to make one in an old ladybird book, but can I find the thing in the attic?
Can anyone save me an another hour of crawling about in the dark, by sending me a simple plan of one?

Hi Nik

Got the E-mail you sent me. I used to make Z fold wallets out of thin cardboarb and paper they work a treat!

How I make Them.......
Cut a strip of thin cardboard (9cm x 20cm) and fold it into a Z shape in other words three equal sections. Cut two small pieces of paper and stick them diagonoly inside (one on either side) do not stick them in the middle because this is where you slot the card. Now you are ready to perform!

Performance Notes.........
When performing any type of cards can fit inside eg: Bicycle. You can also use notes. When I an performing I slip the card in saying it is the great HOUDINI. I put an elastic band around and say " all it takes is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and when I say it I spin the card round and open (the empty side) to show the great HOUDINI has escaped yet again.
