The Effect
You borrow a fiver, you fold it in half and place it on your palm, you remove you hand and its still there! but at your command the fiver drops to the table top! then almost instantly you can make the note rise again ujst with the power of your mind
Ok so you can do this but do you have to shake your wrist to tighten it up??

£35 at davenports or £36.99 at

Review

I LOVE this it s my first IT product i have never seen the need before but when i saw this in use in a casual situation my heart stopped still!
ok i know you can get it pens but they normally are powered with springs or bands this is diffrent this is ELECTRIC!
that makes it faster to use and means it only needs a click to use.
and the pen is useable!!

it comes with a spare reel of spider thread (very fine and strong) this is stored in the pen and only needs 30 seconds to change reels so if it breaks its easy to change.

Overall

9.5/10
loses 0.5 because of the cost

if you use IT then think about this hard its well worth it also see infomation at

Nice review pcwizme, it certainly looks like a great product

But please have a quick search for the item you wish to review first - as I see that the spider pen has not only been reviewed it is still current on the first page. Spider Pen Review

Please don't be put off writing reviews as they are very helpful, but it does make things easier if they are all kept together - so adding to th eexisting thread (pun intended) would have been prefered.

thanks

I've performed with just the lid of the pen in my jeans pocket, and in the inside pocket of my coat/summer jacket (i.e. not a formal suit jacket as such).

I think that you can now get this new for around £25 from either MagicTricks.co.uk or Penguin

It's not really an optical illusion - it just looks like one!

Can someone provide ideas of how this (or other ITR's) can be used (other than floating a bank note) or details of a good resource for ITR ideas. What effects do people currently use the Spider Pen for? What reactions do you get?
