The effect is the same, except you have the wallet with the higher price version.
If you buy the cheaper package, all you are getting is the instructions on how the effect works. You'll need to use your own wallet, which may or may not work.

The "original" cheap version doesn't include a purpose-designed wallet - it's a booklet that gives detailed instructions for using an ordinary one.

I have heard that the Heirloom wallet does the job perfectly so consider that along with the original instructions.

There's a lot of difference between pulling out a pack of cards, however you present it, and showing one card in your wallet.
