If you enjoy magic just do it. Some people might not be fans of magic so you won't please everyone.

Try to carry the things you need - a pack of cards, a handful of coins, or whatever it is that you use - wherever you go. That way, when somebody mentions it ("Hey, Hayse132 does magic, don't you? Show us a trick!"), you're ready to go. Just resist the urge to repeat effects or reveal secrets (which is tougher when you're young!)

I have had a similar problem for moving up to college. Dan Q is right, I carry around a 2 packs of cards rigged up to do 13 tricks between them.
And yeah, there will be people who don't like magic, or find you out, but there is always several lines or ways of picking yourself back up. If your into magic, its worth researching.
A webpage i found useful is:

This will help you recover :)

Oh, and Welcome!! :D
