Sorry for complaining, but clicking on the "Mark all topics read" within a forum, does not mark all the topics read.

Yes that's a strange one, and it has been noted. Actually it does work, but only after you have logged out and logged in again...

Needless to say the powers that be are aware of it...

Found that the "Mark all forums read" link, work as a sharm, which could be a workaround...
