They are very easy to make, so I should think any of those books would suffice for that (although I don't own any of them, it is inconceivable that such a simple item wouldn't be explained properly). Presentational ideas for the papers is a good idea. Surely the first item (describing itself as a teatise) is your best bet from that point of view; it claims to have thrity different effects. The only downside is whether it's sufficiently easy to follow, but the advertising picture is pretty much all you need, plus some halfway clear instructions.
Maybe someone else here has direct knowledge of the sources you are looking at.
