OFFICIAL BLURB
Poker chip stunts are wildly popular now. You've seen them all--chip shuffling, rolling them down the fingers, etc. But you have NEVER seen a chip stunt like this! Imagine being able to spin a poker chip on the very tip of your finger. Even when you're inches away, the secret of the stunt is impossible to detect. It looks like you're REALLY balancing a chip on the tip of your finger! It looks perfect from all angles and can be done surrounded. No TT.
No magnets.
No threads.
No skill required
New Principle - Easy to Do
How is it done? We can't say, but you will shocked and surprised!
To top it all off, you will also obtain 6 bonuses, including Charlie Frye's step by step explanations of a number of impressive and real poker chip manipulations. Just this tutorial section on chip flourishes is worth the price of this collection, but this is just the bonus material! Also included is Charlie's version of the classic twirling cigarette paper, "The Paper Propeller." Learn to manipulate chips by the acknowledged expert in this genre, the Great Charlie Frye.

Review

Not much to say about this as it's all pretty straightforward.

PROPS
The poker chips are good quality, will last forever. The other bits and pieces can be replaced with a visit to a chemist or stationers with a fiver in your pocket, should you need to. You could adapt a regular poker chip, possibly a gimmicked poker chip such as magnetic, depends on the construction.

GET READY AND CLEAN UP
You'll probably keep the secret thingy inside a little container or a tiny ziploc bag in your pocket and 'put it on' when no one is paying attention. It only takes a few seconds to 'get ready' but you can't do it with people watching, unless you're particularly creative. Which is fine by me as I bought this to perform for bar staff as a way of introducing the fact that I'm a magician. 'How much can you bet I can't balance a poker chip on my finger?' Clean up is much the same in reverse, best done while no one is paying attention. Again, not an issue if you want to perform for bar staff, waiters etc. Not so good if you're wanting to use this at gigs, which I don't recommend, partly due to the get ready and clean up but also because it's not involving enough for a gig. It's a novelty piece, perfect for getting into a magical conversation with bar staff etc.

DVD
It's as good as it needs to be. Everything is clearly explained. The bonus effects are fine as bonus effects: if you want to learn poker chip manipulations, the bonus material here is an excellent place to start.

Overall
8 out of 10.
Though, if like me you just want to perform for bar staff etc, and therefore the get ready and clean up aren't an issue, you might want to consider this a 10 out of 10 product. Or 9.5, as the price is a bit steep.

If I've missed anything out, post here and I'll add to this review.
