Anyone in Europe selling eBooks or delivering digital products should be aware that the rules have changed regarding the amount of VAT you can charge.
You must now charge VAT at the rate of the purchaser's country and not the seller's country.
If you were VAT exempt in one country you may not be VAT exempt in those other countries.
I predict a lot of people will stop producing eBooks and go back to traditional paper products.
