Apologies for bumping such an old thread (That's a blatant lie btw).
I'm off to Glasgow for the next few weeks (work) and just had a quick look for magic shops and am genuinely giddy with the idea of visiting Tam's now. Might even have to give them a ring on the way up to see if they have a particular something or two I'm after and haven't been able to find online... That, a fact which I'm sure the likes of bananafish will atest to, is one of the beauties of bricks and mortar shops. When all of the internet retailers are stocked out, there's that beautiful sense of anticipation that your local (or not so local) shop has it on a bottom shelf somewhere.
Now all I need to do is master a CUPS to Expenses transformation.... don't think I'll do it with a change bag, off to the drawing board!

**Bump again!**
I started messing around with magic when I was about 8 or 9 when my Mum bought me the Paul Daniels set (which I'm probably sure everyone on here my age had!) for Christmas and I was totally hooked!! Then after that I had the pleasure of going into town every Saturday to spend my pocket money in "Tams". I always remember Mr Walton showing me stuff that just blew my young mind!!
He's a fantastic man and even when I'm in now he still takes the time to chat and it's not a 'sales' chat, he seems genuinely interested in you and what you are up to.
He's a great man
