i heard blaine did it though im not sure because to me it looks obviousdoes the balducci levitation actually fool people?

It certainly fooled me when I first saw it about 40 years ago or so. It is not a new trick by any means.

There was a lot of discussion on TM when Blaine's programme first aired (use the Search Function to find it) and the masked Magician seems to have settled a lot of the questions of howzitdun!
