Too much too quickly. IMHO Penn looks gaunt and ill.

I think he looks great. My brother (five foot ten) lost about a hundred pounds over six months, and he looked gaunt like that for the first few months. Now, a year down the line, he looks a decade younger, and fit and healthy. So will Penn in a few months. Way to go.
