Best books (or DVDs) on unprepared/borrowed deck card magic?

No doubt these concepts will have been discussed endlessly, but maybe it's time for an update? What's your favourite book (or DVD) on card magic with a 100% unprepared/borrowed deck? Top 5?
Ideally fairly commercial rather than card magic for magicians! We all know all about that kind of magic!

Anytime anywhere by Jay Sankey has some brilliant card routines as well as other borrowed items completely impromptu
Also I've heard great things about Doc Eason's Card under glass set that was recently released
